There is an answering machine on the bookings number, so if necessary, please leave full details of your booking request and a contact number.
Please be patient, the secretary may be busy, but does make regular checks and will return your call as soon as possible.


Note
The Hall may normally only be hired by adults who are resident within the local parish, or by respectable organisations from outside the parish.
At the discretion of the committee, the hall may be used by someone outside the parish, but only if a local resident hires the hall on their behalf - however the local hirer must take full responsibility for the hire and for fulfilling the conditions of use.
All cheques for the hire and deposit must be in the name of the hirer.

It is important to note that the Committee expect due adherence to the terms and conditions, and are particularly strict over any noise at the hall. Also any late clearing-up and the general cleanliness of the hall and car park will be taken into account after the hire.
The Committee will retain deposits if the terms and conditions are ignored, especially if there are any complaints or extra work for the cleaner resulting from the hire.

Under special circumstances the Committee reserve the right to vary these conditions at their discretion, please check with the bookings secretary.

RATES Private functions (Sun - Thu): £10 per hour (between 08:00 - 23:30) Children's (under 12) parties: £  5 per hour (between 08:00 - 18:00) Private functions (Fri - Sat): £60 per event   (between 18:00 - 23:30) All Day hire: £100 (between 08:00 - 23:30) Charity Groups: £7.50 per hour.
