Matters for consideration
1px
dot Community policing:- Ken Cooney, community policeman was in attendance. He should be assigned to Sandford for foreseeable future, Sgnt Chris Hazell at Thame police station, Greyhound Lane, Thame OX9 3LD was his superior officer.
Ken reported that over the winter quarter there had been 54 logged calls made to the police regarding incidents. The improvement in reporting had led to Sandford being given 'tasking' status which means that police patrols are obligatory.
The incident rate has now dropped and the status is 'Community Police Patrol Plan' so we should see a heightened community police presence.
Two trawls to catch under age drinkers had been carried out and trading standards were monitoring the situation. Similarly, speeding was being monitored.
