Village Appraisal questionnaire results A-C

With almost half the village returning their completed questionnaire, a much better response than we anticipated, so a big thank you to all who took part. With over 280 questionnaires to work through we have had a lot of data to analyse, but with the help of modern technology we have tabulated the basic results, as listed below.

All the questions are listed in their sections as per the original questionnaire, along with each possible answer. The figures represent the number of responses for each answer and also the percentage of the total people who answered the question. This total is also given, along with the number of people who chose not to comment or felt the question was not applicable, are also included.

With 85 questions this makes quite a long list, but the following areas are given as an index, along with the smaller youth section:

  General Information
  Housing & Development
  Working Life
Traffic, Travel & Transport
  Environment
  Village Life
  Young Voices

Most of the questions are also linked to any relevant comments and suggestions received on the questionnaires.
