The small management team keep the Village Hall running smoothly,
but additional help would be welcome to assist with the new activities.

1. ADVERTISE EXISTING ACTIVITIES
village hall spot    "The Village Hall Management Committee to continue to encourage the use of the hall by advertising its facilities and conditions of hire more widely, including in the directory, website and on a new noticeboard outside the hall."

These and other items will be discussed at the next meeting of the Village Hall Management Committee.
A request has been included in the spring 2005 issue of The Link, asking for support for new activities at the hall.

Note: the committee AGM is was on 19 April 2005 at 8pm in the village hall.

A subsequent article by the new chairman was in the Winter 2005 issue of The Link.



2. EXPAND ACTIVITIES
spot    "During 2005, to expand the range and type of activities as highlighted in the appraisal survey."

All suggestions will be examined by the Village Hall Management Committee.
