1. ADVERTISE EXISTING ACTIVITIES
"The Village Hall Management Committee to continue to encourage the use of the hall
by advertising its facilities and conditions of hire more widely, including in the directory,
web site and on a new noticeboard outside the hall."
These and other items are regularly discussed at meetings of the Village Hall Management Committee.
Note: the hall AGM is usually in April/May every year,
all local people and regular users of the hall are entitled to attend
- see hall noticeboard for details.
A copy of the Village Directory was included, as a centre page pull-out, in the
Summer 2005 issue of The Link.
A second updated copy, of the new Village Directory was included, as a centre page pull-out, in the
Winter 2006 issue of The Link.
A new version of the directory is currently being prepared.
A list of current activities is displayed in the hall,
all regular activities is also show in the village hall section of this web site.
2. EXPAND ACTIVITIES
"During 2005, to expand the range and type of activities as highlighted in the appraisal survey."
All suggestions will be examined by the Village Hall Management Committee,
who actively seek to include as many activities at the hall that can be organised in to the current timetable.
