The implementation and realisation of the Sandford on Thames Parish Plan is an on going project. Over the next few years various groups will contine to implement the various actions defined by the plan, and current progress is reported below. Some parts of the plan may be achieved quite quickly, others may involve much more work and lobbying and take much longer to reach a satisfactory conclusion. Indeed, as time moves on and other events take over, it may in some cases become impossible to make any further progress, and action may need to be deferred until such time as things become more practical. In the longer term, the Parish Council will continue to monitor and re-evaluate of the plan as they use it for a basis of decision making. |
