Our village of Sandford, as the name suggests, is situated along side the river Thames,
and is just a few miles to the south of the city of Oxford, England.
This web site is my attempt to bring, to a wider audience using the modern format of the web,
some of the past and present events in and around Sandford, based on the local village magazine.
You can browse through a copy of the latest issue of the The Link magazine.
There is also a general subject index covering of all issues of the
village magazine since 1981.
Also, most of the recent details from the Sandford-on-Thames
Parish Council,
along with some useful background information.

There is a section giving details about Sandford
